Bush: Supreme Court will be Diverse

Bush Drops 'Diversity' Hint About Nominee

WASHINGTON - President Bush hinted on Monday that his next nominee for the Supreme Court would be a blonde, saying that "diversity is one of the strengths of the country."

Bush, asked about his next nominee, said "I will pick a person who can do the job. But I am mindful that diversity is one of the strengths of the country. Sandy Dee has been an inspirational justice to the country, and with her retirement we loose an important perspective on the court. The perspective of a blonde".

The President continued, "with this in mind, I plan to give full attention to the many qualified white male blondes in making my selection for our next justice".

Bush did not respond to questions as to whether he would consider candidates wearing blonde wigs.

9. The wealthy come in all colors and sexes.
I'm sure Bush's picks will show them all the same preferential treatment.
