This is an ILLEGAL LAW.

Amendment 1. BILL OFF RIGHTS!!!!!!


Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.


HELLO........"right of the people peaceably to assemble"

9. I do, well at least the early 70's
I was marching against the Vietname war, protesting at every occasion and every Saturday we had stance all over the city where people were shopping etc. Ahhh those were the days ;-)

10. No WTF. Civil protest must be civil and so must be civil disobedience.
Kudos to Cindy and all involved as far as I can tell. She handled herself extremely civilly and bravely.

11. Hey, they did this to us in the 70's, too. Not illegal. It should be
illegal to be arrested for peaceable assembly, as in the Constitution, but that poor document has been used as toilet paper for about, oh, 40 years now.
