Cyndy's message--is it getting lost?
Now, I admit, I don't follow every little thing she does, but I know basically what she's up to. I know the message of the march was mixed up with many other interests.

My concern is: Is the message now, "get of of Iraq now" or is it
"What is the noble cause, Mr President?"

Frankly, I want the answer to the latter question. I want that question repeated over and over, because that keeps the focus on Bush and his lying and inability and unwillingness to answer.

So, any chance of getting back to the original question??? So that the focus and power of Cyndy's message isn't watered down and made trivial by the media and the GOP??

1. yes, the focus is being lost...
But not forgotten.

The marchers this weekend remembered it, even if the leadership/organizers did not.

3. Good point.
In the very beginning of Camp Casey, you could see an effort by the administration to turn the discussion to the "cut and run" question, rather than to Cindy's question...the appropriateness of the war in the first place. This is a typical tactic and it continues.

Moreover, the conversation is now about protest crowd numbers, Cindy's arrest, free speech, pro-war vs pro-troops semantics, freeper rudeness, protest organizers, etc. I haven't even heard her original question mentioned in a while.

Distract, deflect, straw man arguments, smear, marginalize, talking points distribution, etc.. Amazing they have the gall to do this...and even more amazing and sad: it's effective.

5. I heard Cindy on Link TV Saturday and she asked about
the noble cause so, no, it's not getting lost, at least she hasn't forgotten the message.

6. But Cindy has also made her message to not let another person die
because there is no noble cause.
