17. the secret to finding good toons...

Well, it's a combination of going to websites that collect toons, like these:

http://www.cagle.com/
http://www.aaeconline.org/
http://www.ucomics.com/editorials/

And sometimes other esoteric sites, or individual sites for your favorite cartoonists.

ANd then just finding what makes you laugh or scream "that's exactly it!" :)

A lot of times I find out what the latest news is, based on what the cartoonists are drawing :)
