Spoke with Meganmonkey, LynneSin, Skinner, Faithnotgreed, Tokenlib, Buffythefundieslayer, progmom, the DU'er formerly known as Bertha Vanation, leftchick, and some others whose names, real or screen, escape me at the moment (sorry ya'll). I saw a few others I recognized but didn't meet (Sniffa was leaving the room with some others when I got there).

I wish I could've seen more of you on Saturday during the march and afterward, but I hooked up with the local group I organized for the march and then spent the evening with a couple friends in DC.

with my two daughters. I saw two people who had Democratic Underground stickers on themselves or their posters but the stage area was so packed I couldn't go over and say hello.

I was there when the DU group was getting organized in the morning and then we all walked over to the rally together. I left the DU group after awhile because I had to get back with the group that I had come to DC with, but it was great seeing everyone.

I wore a DU shirt, and I kept getting comments from people throughout the day . . . "I always log on for the conservative idiots list on Mondays" etc.
