Tin foil time? Did the Secret Service
knowingly purchase defective bulletproof vests? Smells like a bungled "Dallas police" plot. Was * wearing one when the grenade was tossed at him? Whatever happened to the grenade thrower? This just seems beyond belief.

2. You would think that
vests for presidential protection would be under a little more scrutiny than normal vests? Having worked on presidential helicopters during manufacturing process i can tell you that it is a different process than one off the assembly line. Surly it would be the case with vests also?

but it's obvious that this administration only cares about money and cronyism, I'm sure once this is investigated further we'll find that somebody's college roomate is running the company making the vests.

4. Pffft. My Police Department as well as alot of others had these vests.
Its not like we knew they had issues when we bought them.
