Poll question: What exactly is Bush? |
|
I mean, what is Bush* when it comes down to it? Smart and conniving; a brainless puppet; or dumb as dirt?
I would like to get some kind of a feel where DU as a whole stands on the shrub. I figure a simple poll would be easiest, because threads that represent a single viewpoint do not give a true representation. On one hand, you can jump into a dozen threads at any time where people here act likes he's an intelligent, calculating Svengali with the political savvy and cold-hearted calculation of an Aloph Hitler, then you can choose half a dozen other threads that show him as a mere puppet, and yet one can also randomly find other threads that shows him as a dumb, awkward klutz. The dude can't be all three.
For the record, I'm of the dumb awkward klutz bunch. I have been run out of many a mihop/lihop thread because that tends to blow apart any conspiracy theories on the surface.

He would have to have brains to be "dumb," "awkward," or a "klutz."

Cowards are the most dangerous people in the world.
Brave people will speak to any audience, not just hand-picked yes-men. Brave people will accept the diversity in others. Brave people will allow others to pursue happiness even if they don't agree with their definition of happiness. Brave people work for the public good even if its hard work.
Cowards live in constant fear, starting pre-emptive wars which a braver person would call immoral. Cowards stand behind pulpits in tax-exempt churches and call for the assassination of elected leaders. Cowards choose political expediency over public good. Cowards are a danger to America.
