Playmate appeals to Supreme Court
I'll bet Clarence 'Long Dong Silver' is gonna LOVE sitting on this case!

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith is going to the United States' highest court in her fight over the fortune of her 90-year-old late husband.

U.S. Supreme Court justices said Tuesday they would consider Smith's appeal, in which the stripper-turned-reality television star stands to win as much as $474 million that a bankruptcy judge initially said she was entitled to.

Smith has not gotten any money from the estate of J. Howard Marshall II, an oil tycoon who married her in 1994 when he was 89 and she was 26. Marshall, one of Texas' wealthiest men, died in 1995.

At issue for the court is a relatively mundane technical issue: when federal courts may hear claims that are also involved state probate proceedings. But the facts of the case are eye-catching.

The 1993 Playmate of the Year and self-described "blonde bombshell" claims her husband promised her millions but that his scheming son cut her out of the estate.

3. Give her the money!
That girl deserves every penny of it. Think about it... Anyoen who take a drooling senile old man to bed and take care of him sexually and making his last days alive bearable, deserves the money.

His family didn't dio jack squat for him but now they are fighting to get his money. Gimme a break, let her have it.

4. I've heard it's the opposite
That the son was very concerned and involved in his father's life, especially after Anna became involved, and that Anna Nicole Smith was being verbally abusive and disregarding her late husband after the wedding was over were reported by a number of people, including housekeeping staff and medical personnel.

8. Its only half the income during the marriage.
She deserves it; remember, she got nothing of his fortune, all she got was one-half the income earned on his investments during the time of the marriage; and it came to almost $100 million. That was the guy's income, not his principle, its amazing.

5. I'm with you Liberaler. Just because Paris Hilton has genes on
her side shouldn't off set the contribution that Anna Nicole made to the old guy's life.

Paris-didn't do a damn thing, Anna earned it all.

6. If she gets her case heard, does Sibel have a hope in hell to get heard?
If Smith gets her case heard, and Sibel Edmonds doesn't, I'll officially try to apply to the nearest Insane Asylum. I'll wonder if the world I perceive is really real or not!
