Look at this from wingnut land, if you dare...these people remain in absolute denial that their manchild failed on Katrina. Here wasn't a feeble, inept, arrogant patronage clown, he was standing up for his people and validating lies and rumors to make it appear he's being held "accountable"...or even a victim...while the real culprit (Nagin & Blanco) deserve the lion's share of the blame and all the deaths and agony. He was just "following orders". Again...warm and fuzzy stuff for kool-aid drinkers who need a meme to stick to try to prop up their preznit and justify the obvious federal screw ups. Why be accountable when blaming others and making it stick gives you cover to make even more "mistakes".
