Recent email from AfterDowningStreet... about Impeachment Hearings
Hey guys,

Do any of you remember the recent email from afterdowningstreet.org where they mentioned impeachment hearings?

The email said something along the lines of, "While in Republican-controlled Washington, the word impeachment is strictly taboo, we at AfterDowningStreet are breaking that taboo. Click here to donate."

My question is, how exactly are they breaking that taboo? I'd like to know. Do any of you have any ideas?

1. Perhaps using that word with the * administration is a taboo?

There are scores of stories the media could report about the corruption of the * regime, but the MSM just don't cover those things like they do when a hurricane hits. (I wonder which network will be the first to install high power wind fans and partially flood their studio. Sorry. I couldn’t resist.)

That's the problem. "Oops. We showed it. You saw it." MSM can't pretend they didn't. It's an even bigger problem for them to resolve since MSM is so lazy, compliant or guilty of cronyism with the * regime.

That’s why they're staging some dinner theatre staged objection to the FEMA response. They have to indulge their remaining viewers in some "slight of hand" in order to eventually save face while they move on to the inevitable * re-launch campaign a la ABC's Extreme Home Makeover (featuring Laura Bush). They are already capitulating and they are in complete denial. (Well maybe not complete denial. They’ve obviously seen the poll numbers and those numbers must be changed or else. “Or else what?” is the real question.)

Other than C-SPAN, how much coverage of the humongous rally against the Iraq Invasion was covered by MSM? I suppose in fairness, the pitiful turnout that supports this illegal war was equally not covered. And yet MSM is still engaged by the hurricane blame game without any compulsion to connect the dots to the overall policies, cronyism and intent of BuschCo to destroy our government and democracy. (Was this puppet ever really elected? I don’t think so, but that’s for me to deal with. You might want to deal with it if your local voting system has no paper trail.) And this is the corruption of Democracy that they want to spread. This is what our children are being asked to defend with their lives and if they keep that, their limbs and self esteem.

I have to stop now or my head will explode. (Damn it. I’m too old to become a Canadian. Is there any sanctuary left in this world?)

Oh yeah we should impeach the impostor.
