4. House Is In Session
C-SPAN will always carry the House live. Looks like "morning business" is going on. I suspect Blanco's testimony will be aired during the noon lunch break.

It is very dry, no fireworks, Blanco refused to bite on the finger-pointing saying there was much work to be done and she was there to speak about the needs of her state and constituents. She said there would be plenty of other opportunities to revisit those questions at another time. It was great, imo.
