Seems to me it can never be these cats fault even if they are convicted by a jury of their peers. Will the jury be accused of being political hacks bent on revenge? These guys should replace the elephant with a teflon frying pan, because it seems like nothing sticks to them due to spin and "Political Fanatics." WTF Frist did the same thing as Martha Stewart is that hubris, stupidity, or a set up?

If he's found guilty of breaking the law, he must be sentenced accordingly. Period.
Now, I'd hate to think he "might" be "pardonned" (again: IF found guilty, and it's a big "if").
These crooks think they're above all laws. No wonder they break so many...
