..even as I see and read that the House Majority leader has been indicted by a grand jury for a crime, that I'm still doubtful that it will end up having any impact on the people in this country and how they view the republicans. How sad is it that even in the face of an actual indictment...not an investigation...not a questioning.....but a mother f'ing indictment, the american press can still spin this with republican talking points and cower before the right wing in making sure they present "both sides".

I should be elated and ecstatic today but all I am is thinking about how this is going to end in yet another inevitable dissapointment and the american public sinking even lower in what they will tolerate from someone with an (R) after his or her name.

...i'm with you. There has been so much crap coming down the pike...and so much more waiting to pop....after seeing the way the corporate media covered the protest i'm staying away. It just isn't worth the downward spiraling direction that my psyche takes.
