Mark my words, a terrorist attack will come soon ... |
|
if we keep seeing the Republicans being shot down.
I estimate that after about two more Repub scandals we will see a horrific terror attack on a major population center.
The Bush administration will heroically ride to the rescue, take charge and once more accost the American people with words meant to rally us around their 'righteous' cause.
Just wait. You'll see.
(and unfortunately most of us, and the press, will fall right into their open fangs.)

They have not answered all the gaping hole questions about their last gift horse 9-11. Osama was trained by our CIA. Who can prove to me that he does not still work for them? He sure works as a scapegoat for Bu$h`s blunders and war crimes. And he does not even come from the country idiot boy attacked with our troops as needless cannon fodder. Another 9-11 could easily happen. The media may just screw up and not be able to cover up the fact that it will be an inside job as was the first 9-11. The people that do not realize how low Bu$h Inc. will stoop to sweep their scandals under the rug scare me. More than a little. Peace Wildman Al Gore is My President

Bush is not capable of saving Drownie or Barney.
He could hardly save any of us.

7. They've just blown two chances in a row to be heroes |

They not only couldn't get it together, they proved beyond a doubt they are incapable of learning lessons from day to day, never mind learning from history!
Even if (when) it comes down, they will utterly fail to impress anybody.

8. Ah, the old "Deus ex Machina" ploy. . . |

only this time -- once again -- expected in the guise of a villain.
C'mon. Good storytelling begins with the plausible. Even bad storytelling favors results within hope of the narrator.

13. I'm not rallying for any new marketing campaign |

Sorry. Rove can hire John Philip Sousa and project a giant hologram of Jeebuz coming on clouds of glory over Tampa. Screw 'em. They're played out. They're irrelevant. Any message they have to offer is entirely beside the point.
Whatever the next "event" turns out to be, we should proceed as if we're on own and just get through it despite how these bastards try to play us.
And we need to make that very clear.
Daz jus' what I tink!

15. Osma will have won if bush allows another attack. Then everything |
|
bush/cheney claimed during the debates will fall back on them three-fold. Even the stoutest of bush followers would have a hard time believing their false prophet could save amerika from the evil doers. Plus, Osma being still at large and able to attack the US means bush has already lost everything he claimed he stood for. Bush's legacy is already carved in stone, he's been more damaging to everything america, that it'll be interesting if anyone can repair it in the next decade. Anyone that has a traitor as his right hand guy deserves what he sows.

20. After all this time of grandstanding about the war on terra |
|
and the formation of the Office Of Homeland Security, and all the noise about how we're winning the war on terra and how they're being so tough on terra -
wouldn't a terrorist attack right now just make Bush and Co. look even more incompetent and incapable than they look right now? "Oh look, all that money spent on the war on terra, and the terrorists can still get at us" "Well gee, if he couldn't predict that a Category Five hurricane that took a week to hit the Gulf Coast was a menace, how do you expect him to be able to do anything about terrorists operating in secret?"
A terrorist attack right now would NOT be a favor to Bush. There will not be a terrorist attack.
