Grand juror: "‘Ronnie Earle didn’t indict him"
"The grand jury indicted him."

I guess they are all "partisan hacks" too then, right, bugman?

1. One could argue that it wasn't even the grand jury
it was the evidence.

2. Am I correct in assuming that the trial will be held in Austin?
If so, at least we should get quite a few logically thinking people on the panel.

4. Move The Trial To New Braunfels or Fredericksburg!
Let's move the trial out of Austin and set it down in New Braunfels or Fredericksburg. Not only would it move the trial out of "liberal" Austin and take some wind out of the wingie-dingie right's sails, but it would also open up the empaneling process to a lot of very conservative, pro-prosecution German American jurors.

And those dear little right wingie-dingies DO want to get tough on crime, don't they?

:sarcasm:

5. The Grand Jury indicted him ?
Surely must be a Republican or two on the jury, you suppose ? Maybe even a majority of Republicans? Well, that sort of shoots that argument all to hell, don't it??

10. I was trapped in a restaurant with Faux New Channel on last night.
I caught the closed captioning out of the corner of my eye but it sure seemed like Brit Hume was pinning it on the "partisan prosecutor."

Who is bugman?

13. Tee hee. Howard Dean pointed this out on 'Nightline' last night.
Dean was bee-yoo-tee-ful.....threw 'em all in the mix. Frist, Libby, Rove, DeLay and the procurement guy.
