HELP I need a clear Video of Bush Speech in New Orleans. It is the one where he was strolling across the lawn in his blue dress shirt. Send me the link the republicans had a link but it was degraded in quality. Thank you this is the one

2. Try cspan or whitehouse.gov -- good luck, I can barely stand to
watch them once, much less seek them out on the web.

5. Did you see my earlier post?
If you'd gone to whitehouse.gov and typed in New Orleans, you'd find
http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2005/09/20050915-8.html
which appears to have a link to a video of the speech in question. C-Span's web site also usually has these speeches too.
