9. O'Lielly was surprisingly critical of DeLay.
Cant stand the dude, but he was pretty pragmatic on "if Tom is guilty he should pay the price" in contrast with his guest - KellyAnn Conway - who had her nose up DeLay's butt.

10. sounds like Fox is stuck for somethig to say!
Isn't it nice for a change to see Fox stewing in their own juice? They are finding it hard to dredge something up to counteract the De Lay thing

11. It took brass balls to go after an indictment.
Earle must have known the right wing media would come after him with the usual smear and slime tactics.

All the more reason to believe it's an air-tight case.

13. "going after Tom DeLay because a check went here instead of there..."
No, he's going after Delay because he SENT a check here instead of there (breaking a state law).

14. So, uh, how come district gerrymandering for the GOP in Texas is okay
but in California it's so partisan and unfair that it REQUIRES a ballot initiative... and a Diebold-Friendly GOP installed SOS to oversee a special election?

22. That's Their Best Defense? DeLay Is In Some Deep Shit!
Usually Faux puts on a full court press when one of their own is being scrutinized. This is their main man after Bush and this is what they deliver. Holy shit this is like sending in the cheerleaders and cleaning crew to play the Spurs.

Tommy Turd Is Gonna Get MotherFucking Hammered.

19. The whoredom is ridiculous.
"Transparent prosecution?" Well, THAT'S a new one, isn't it?

If I recall correctly, a prosecutor is supposed to hold up their side of the argument as best as they can.

Should we be looking for a "transparent defense," as well?

Well, yes, I guess we should be. Right, John?
