You have on my favorite t-shirt from the rally, MaganMonkey was wearing the same one in girly green at the meetup. I told her then it was my favorite t-shirt of the day.

7. OMG! I met MeganMonkey. I just realized it was she who got arrested.

I ran into her at the concert and we both had the same shirt on and I told her it was my slogan and the story of how I came up with it.
(Was irritable when I saw the DU T-shirt contest thread and just typed that in as a joke - then typed in my 'serious' ideas. Skinner and EarlG picked THAT one!)
Then some old guy asked to take a picture of Megan and myself together. It was so funny.

I'm so glad you told me about that.

I am so ready for another national DU meet-up (DailyKossacks are having their national convention in Las Vegas this year!).
Ready for another march on the White House, too!

9. It was so funny and weird...

People would say their username and I would be kind of at a loss and then I would ask them to spell it and it was "Oh, yeah! We had a conversation the other day!"

3. I heard that one yesterday. Good joke.

I don't usually appreciate political jokes; It's to easy to swap the names of the candidates around every four years. However, this joke clearly met Bush's M.O..
