Rehnquist vs. Roberts (poll)

If you only had a choice between Rehnquist or Roberts, who would you rather have as Chief Justice?

Hated the idea of women having equal opportunities, or a right to privacy.

Had to read SO many of his opinions in law school.

You could read a few lines of an opinion on which the Justice's name was blanked out, and know it was him.

If you saw his name, you could predict how he was going to rule.

I always thought he wanted to return this country to an idealized version of the 50's - a patriarchal, class-based society, with the gap between the rich and the poor at a maximum.
