Let him and the GOP suffer a slow, painful death. Delay can do nothing but hurt his party at this point.

Going on all the right wing talk shows does him no good. It only makes him look more arrogant and desperate than ever.

4. He has been forced to give up his position as majority leader...
...and every public interview he has given he has attacked the prosecutor and all democrats claiming his innocence, so leave him be and let the prosecution proceed. When his is found guilty, he'll start squealing like a Texas pig and pull other powerful republicans down with him.

5. Innocent until proven guilty
No reason for him to resign. His rights are just as valid as any criminal defendant's, and must be preserved.
