Barbie Bubblehead just explained, for the bazillionth time, that Tom Delay was "indicted by democratic prosecutor Ronnie Earle." Blah Blah. But then went on to say "But the Austin Statesment (?) featured a blistery editorial saying 'Delay has no one to blame but himself," and goes on to re-print the newspaper's editorial describing how it was a Grand Jury made up of dedicated local citizens who sacrificed a lot of their time in this difficult investigation.
So, keep repeating the lie, but flash a quick video footnote to cleanse yourselves, eh?
Well, at least the did get the Grand Jury fact out there finally! I haven't seen anyone else mention it yet.

local paper, home to Ben Sargent (great political cartoonist). Agreed with the other poster about Olbermann being a thorn in their side. Go Keef!

3. No prosecutor can arbitrarily indict someone! |

The Supreme Court must do the indicting based on whether or not they feel there is enough evidence for a trial. Guess what? The Supreme Court felt there was enough evidence to go forward with a trial, so there ya go!
