Nope can't agree to that . I can't get along with sociopaths sociopaths rapists pedophiles abusers of vulnerabilities,power and trust.. tyrants or torturers.They will take my kindness as permission to hurt me or others.Nor will I by-stand while thugs commit atrocity as if THAT is kindness.
I will however be kind to all non authoritarians, non rapists etc.Even if they annoy the hell out of me as long as they do not abuse me .

Yep.I agree there...BUT
As long as they are not a rapist pedophile,abuser , authoritarian or tyrant who will use my kindness to harm me or others.

Yep..unless it is too damaged to recover,I suggest decontaminating the best you can,without getting into it and getting sicker .

Hi One Blue Sky and Everyone

I like your commandments. This is my first ever post at DU. I have lurked here for 1.5 years. I feel like I know many of you through your words and sentiments. I DU all the polls dutifully as requested. I donated to Andy (may he rest in peace, Amen.) I regularly take the call to arms to write to my congressmen and senators. I stream CSPAN. I send the toons and the cool clips to every kindred (and hopeful) spirit I can think of. I cried with all of you in Nov 2004. I am using my work computer (a no-no)so not sure how much I should post.

I am not a new convert, but pretty much a life-long democrat (with a stray into Independency ....was almost convinced to vote for McCain at one point, mainly cause I was so pissed at what Rove was trying to do to him!) My parents are and always have been proud democrats. My brother turned freep once he A) moved to Eastern NC and B) started making lots of $$ as a surgeon. He worships Rush&Sean&Ann and all the other pontificators which makes for *ahem* interesting family dinners when we get together.

I just wanted to finally say 'hi.' So, 'Hi!'
