I promised Distressed American I would take good care of his artistic product. When we finally reached the White House, we stood across the street where there is a giant urn statute. People had climbed atop the urn, and being old I knew I couldn't make it up there without busting my ass, so I passed it off to one of the dudes at the top. After doing so, it was proudly displayed in the White House face and two more secret service, m16 bearers faced the poster down for the Crawford Coward. Teeehehehehehehehe We knew he wasn't there and I hoped Distressed American got pics, because my freakin' charger for my camera is lost never to be found! I swear I have more problems with cameras than carter had pills. Another on it's was but I'm depending on DUer's for picks of the fabulous moments on the 24th.

20. Well, I have a few of the symptoms, but they are all things I would

expect to have after a weeklong road trip to a rally -
sore throat, mild cough - from days of screaming at the pres
some soreness - from sleeping in hotel beds and guest bedrooms and sitting in a car for hours at a time
a little sniffly - seasons are changing, allergies fading...

I dunno. It is all very mild and my energy level is okay. If it gets worse by Monday I'll call my doctor.

It's scary to think about, though, that there is no official explanation for it being in the filters, but it isn't terrorism. All that leaves is that they know exactly how it got in there...Very suspicious, very strange...

But as photographer of the photo, who owns all rights to it under the United States Copyright Law, it is up to me whether or not that photo is allowed to be posted or distributed or reproduced in any form.

The photo has been copyrighted, as all photos are that I post online. I don't mind the photo getting posted on various blogs, but I do insist that my company's website is on the photo. Otherwise, it's a no go.

I hope you guys understand.

I thought you had a connection with Distress American. I'm the guy that took the photo. It was very random. I didn't even know you were a DUer.

But somebody took that photo from my Website. If you hit properties, you will see that. And that is how you were able to post it in the OP.

Even if you're the subject you still have to ask permission from the owner of the photo, if he is in the business of selling his photography.

That's U.S. copyright law.
