Is this or is this not the worst administration in our history?
We've had Hoover and Harding and a few other notables. But in my life time the Bu$h and bastids win hands down.

I was glued to the TV for months when Watergate was the big deal. After Smellhouse Nixon resigned I said then...this is as bad as it gets. But no...out of the darkness rides Ronald Raygun. It was impossible to get any worse than that bumblenuts. But no..here we are. Nixon, Raygun and goons were corrupt and dishonest to the bone. But I do seriously believe in my heart that the current Rethug line up is truly as bad as it will ever get. Tell me I'm right, please.

13. Chimp is more like a terrible Roman emperor than any US President
Nero is always fiddling in Bushworld. One can imagine him imagining putting horse or a dog in charge of a department. He thinks about minorities the same way.

18. Handcuffs for all of them! Mr. Fitzgerald, where are you?

I seriously want them tried for "Crimes Against Humanity" and jailed for life if not worse.

Each day that goes by, gives them a chance to do more harm.

12. Hell, it's one of the worst in WORLD history!
You have to go way way back to find a leader that was as bad to his own country as Bush. John Lackland or Nero maybe.

Warren G. Harding, move the hell over. Calvin Coolidge, take a seat in the back, please.

Harding also filled his cabinet with a combination of old cronies and top industry officials. Muckraker H.L. Mencken described Harding's cabinet as "three highly intelligent men of self-interest, six jackasses and one common crook."

(snip)

Harding named his friend and campaign boss Harry Daugherty, Attorney General. Bush named his friend and campaign fund-raiser Texas Oilman Don Evans, Secretary of Commerce.

(snip)

Before being appointed Secretary of Interior, Albert Fall had called for the abolition of the Department of Interior.

Before being appointed Secretary of Energy, Spencer Abraham had called for the abolition of the Department of Energy.

21. I think it's the worst
but I'm only in my early 20's, so I haven't lived through much. But my mom who is in her middle 50's, told me that this the worst presidential administration she has ever lived through, and she through both Nixon and Regan, both who she couldn't stand.

22. I really believe Bush has surpassed Pierce, Ol Buck, Harding, and Nixon
At least the gentlemen listed above had some kind of intellectual curiosity (opps, my bad, not Harding). Bush is not only the dumbest, but we will find out the most crooked president in our nation's history.

25. Wilson Was the Worst
Wilson was an unreconstructed racist who stripped blacks of rights they had gained, especially US government workers...he was a racial reactionary even by the undemanding standards of the Teens. He bellowed about "neutrality", but flagrantly winked at Britain's illegal blockade of Germany, and at US financial support of the Allies...then screamed like a stuck pig when Germany, not surprisingly, regarded our "neutrality" as a sham. He got us involved in the lunatic abattoir on the Western Front, while taking the opportunity to crush the vibrant Radical-Socialist movement with the help of his new Republican "friends". He initiated a massive assault on the Bill of Rights, all in the name of a war which didn't threated the US in the slightest...as opposed to Lincoln, who guaranteed as many rights to the people as he possibly could, in a war which threatened our very national existence. He cold-bloodedly persecuted anyone who stood against him, often for reasons of sheer personal pique. He totally failed to get any sort of reasonable peace at Versailles, caving in to the European imperialists in their loot grabbing, showing his blatant naivete all the while. He cried about the poor, wicked Republicans in the Senate going against his League of Nations, though he could have saved the treaty at any time by agreeing to the slightest compromises. After this led to a psychotic breakdown, he basically let his wife run the country, despite his being obviously unfit for office. The moment Gertmany was beaten, he transferred his witch hunts from "Germans" to "Reds", with hardly a moment for pause, using the sdame men and the same methods or tyranny. And he remained vindictive to the end, refusing to pardon Debs--a task the (unfairly) maligned Harding was willing to do. All in all, the lies of Wilson, and his abuse of his powers, dwarves Bush, utterly evil as Bush is.

misses the point . . . in reality, BushCo is a vast criminal enterprise that has hijacked the US presidency and is using it to enrich themselves and their corrupt corporate sponsors . . . these guys make the Mafia look like amateurs . . .

27. Nixon and Kissinger did some rotten Vietnam related things
to prolong the conflict. Nixon said in 68 he had a secret plan to end the war and that he didn't deserve a second chance in four years if the war was not ended. He kicked the crap out of McGovern in 72. George was a hero of mine. Tricky God Damn Dick and Reagan with his all of his corruption and Iran/Contra scandal still don't hold a candle to this current bunch of desparados.
