7. Well, since it spends at a rate of $45,856,162 per HOUR......
I would say a pretty good percentage.

(401.7 Billion for FY '05 divided by 365 divided by 24)

Just for the heck of it, one single Aircraft Carrier costs better than $160,000,000 a year to operate or $4,383,561 a day.

8. As of Sept. 11, 2001 there was
2.3 TRILLION dollars that was unaccounted for which ended up quite underreported due to certain events. Then I heard recently that it was up to 3.4 TRILLION unaccounted for. So who really knows for sure? A couple bucks for sure.

Why do you ask? Is there someone in our country that will actually DO something about it now? Or are you a dreamer like me and are just hoping for a miracle? :D

9. I can't find the source, but...
not so long ago I read that the pentagon can't account for fully 25% of it expenditures.
