8/11/2004. John Ashcroft was Atty. General. Everything sounds like it could have (and probably was) written by a team of public relations people under KKKarl's direction.

I got this email from my brother-in-law:
"A few months ago, Bush mentioned the Dred Scott decision, which turned
out to be a coded reference to Roe v. Wade.
I think he's done it again.
In his announcement of the Harriet Miers nomination, he went out
of his way to mention Byron White as another Supreme Court nominee
with no previous judicial experience. That sounded suspicious, so
I did a little research. Byron White was nominated by JFK in 1962.
He voted *against* Roe v. Wade in 1973, and continued to argue that
it should be overturned."
