8. The question is whether you think he'll be convicted
The 20% probably are paying attention
1) There has been no ruling on defense motions
2) The jury has not been chosen yet.
3) It's hard to predict what a jury will do
4) If the prosecution does a lousy job of presenting its case, like say...oh...the Michael Jackson trial. They likely will NOT get a conviction.
Choosing too early to tell is probably more an indicator that they ARE paying attention.

9. It's telling that his defense for the first indictment was that the law
didn't exist when the supposed infraction took place. Looks to me like he did it. So he should go down for the new money laundering indictment.

10. thanks
Subject: I hope he gets what he so deserves.
Message:
His hypocritical ravings are nauseating.
I like the information on another thread that mentions the prosecutor being accused of a partisan witch hunt, yet in his career he has prosected 4 out of 5 cases against Dems. (Of course that should also serve as a remineder that we have some shit kicking to do ourselves).

12. I would vote "No" on something like this
not because I don't think he's guilty, but because I don't think he will be convicted. I just don't see it happening.

13. voted Yes
But need to keep my fingers crossed with the current regime, he'll probably get a raise and a new appointment.
It doesn't seem like the republicans want to clean house. Like dumbya said, "What didn't go right"?
