7. She is General Counsel which is not quite his private lawyer. We pay
her salary.

I heard a communications person from the WH yesterday that said Miers writings to the shrub etc will not be released because of atty/client privilige. It's a crock to me. She's our employee.

9. Seems to me she'd need to recuse herself from almost everything.
If there are indictments of any person or persons high in the Administration, and issues like privilege go to the supreme's, wouldn't she have to recuse herself?
