Will Bush go down in history as having nominated two gay justices?
Edited on Tue Oct-04-05 12:32 PM by tgnyc
Roberts's kids are adopted, and gives off what those with better developed gaydar than I have say are definite "pings."

Miers has never been married, no one is talking about past suitors, and she was apparently a standout tennis and softball player in her youth.

I know these are gross stereotypes, but isn't more than likely that there's something there? If nothing else, Bush should be recognized for creating a non-traditional family bloc on the court.

3. Not likely.
Roberts is a stepford dad and Miers is just weird.

I don't believe either is gay based on the admittedly limited circumstantial evidence available.

5. This is irrelevant, again; I could care less about
anyone's sexual identity. This is not, nor should it be, the issue.

This is offensive and inappropriate.

Adopted children do not mean the parents are gay.

Never being married does not mean the person is gay.
