"My concern is to listen to you" - Clinton to evacuees in Baton Rouge
http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/N/NEW_ORLEANS?SITE=DEWIL&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT

Clinton, working with former President Bush to raise money for victims, shook hands and chatted with the evacuees, some of whom have been sleeping on cots in the Rivercenter's vast concrete hall for more than a month and complained of lack of showers, clean clothes, privacy and medical care.

"My concern is to listen to you ... and learn the best way to spend this money we've got," Clinton said.

This is why I love Bill Clinton. He knows how to reach out and know how to let people know that he's listening to you.

I so wish there wasn't a 22nd amendment

1. I saw a few clips throughout the day
with Clinton and the evacuees. The difference in Clinton and Bush is so clear. Clinton is real. He really does listen and he really means it. Bush is all fake sincerity.

3. I miss him in the White House.

I miss his intelligence in the White House.

I miss his ability to listen to regular people.

I miss his knowledge of what our lives are really like and what effect their actions will have on us (because he, unlike Bush and probably the majority of our congressional representatives has actually lived on our level of lifestyle).

I miss his ability to formulate coherent answers off the cuff.

5. I miss his SANE approach to dealing with the rest of the world!
If he were still president... (I don't understand your ammendment that only allows 2 presidential terms...if people want someone, they should be able to keep voting for that person,IMO)...I don't believe you would be at war with Iraq and the set-up Clinton had with FEMA would have resulted in much better results than what Bush had going under "Brownie."
