According to security professional for the computer industry there is no other way if we want fair, free elections that are verifiable and transparent. They say that all computers do is make it easier to cheat and they should know. He said that in the computer security field , when they give a test for learning security measures they administer the test on a sheet of paper with a pencil and it is hand corrected, nuff said.
