I forget which one it was.

It was a totally black front page with the 2 words (in small type), "Oh, God"

That just about summed it up for me as well.

I like opposites. My first political hangout was with a group of Republicans for Kerry. I've also been the token theist among atheists, and been accepted.

But I don't think these folks are up for a fair discussion in any way shape or form. I should have really looked before I signed up. Naive, I know. I don't think I realized exactly how mean-spirited they are. I found a thread about one of my posts where I was ranting and such, and they suggest I put a gun in my mouth.

I don't care how much we hate freepers, we'd never suggest to one that he eat a gun.

And another thread where they talk about Fred Phelps being a registered Dem, and keep insisting that this means something for Democrats. I could call myself a cat. That wouldn't make me one.
