1. Where was that shot of Clinton taken?
The unit insignia on the guy holding the camera looks like 40th Infantry Drivision (Mechanized) which is a California National Guard division (of which I was a member for several years), but I can't tell for sure because I can't see the detail closely enough.

Here's the colored version

I think that's it, I'm just curious :)

8. Who knows then . . . I know they pulled in some National Guard from
other states, but I hadn't heard of any California units going to NOLA.

I can't tell from the angle if it's my old unit patch or not :)

10. I KNEW I recognized that patch :)
The members of the 40th ID affectionately refer to that insignia as the flaming asshole :) Round star with 16 points in bright yellow . . . meh, military humor, what can I say? :)

6. What's with the discoloration
on the left side of Bush's forehead?

Did he fall down again? Or is that the result of some kind of vitamin deficiency from drug use?

:)

11. Didn't you know, it's a side effect of cranio-rectal impaction.
Those are friction marks from trying to pry his head out of his ass.

12. bush always uses stereotype props; Clinton meets "the common person" type
Ever notice that, how bush's props always look like what you'd expect a soldier or an NG to look like in some movie? But look at Clinton and the NG in those photos. They look just like anyone you would meet on the street. Everyday people. That's why people love Clinton. He doesn't treat everyone like a frickin' armpiece, something to put on display.
