Ronald Reagan was a blathering dolt.
The word treason comes to mind when I think of the Reagan presidency. That drooling idiot was a criminal who should have spent the remaining years of his life behind prison bars. Per haps he suffered a far worse fate, stuck within the prison of his mind having to listen to Nancy Reagan's never ending dragon tongued hot air. Reagan was a bad American.

He should have been held responsible for Iran-Contra.

25. An evil man with a pretty smile.
Apparently that's why the freepers loved him. The evil part, not the smile part.

8. I think Karma did him well
What kind of a life is it when you're in diapers and eating pablum and can't remember shit about your past? Your memories are gone and you don't know anyone and you are a shut-in.All you can do is drool all over yourself and your mind is so far gone you can't read, watch TV,or have any kind of a social life.I'd rather be dead.

Every rightwing extremist like the bushes, limbaughs, coulters,o'reillys, hannitys, and ALL THE REST of their hate filled ilk in the GOPervert party ought to suffer the same fate.

11. Not only -- it comes on slowly enough that you KNOW . . .
exactly what's going to happen to you.

Hardly seems as if it ought to happen to anyone but the truly guilty.

13. i never bought the Alzheimer thing
i think the clone or biological robot or whatever they replaced him with after he was shot and killed, went bad. Although that doesn't explain his idiocy *before* he was shot and killed. Mr "trees create polution".

10. Well, my opinion is different.
I think he was a doddering, vacuous git, who was a figure-head for the first wave of the PNAC crowd.

He sometimes showed a twinge of humanity. But not often.

And he was bad for America.

12. Well, he did prove H.L. Mencken right.
"Nobody ever went broke overestimating the stupidity of the American people."

They did elect him twice. Then to leave no doubt, they elected the current nincompoop infesting the white house twice.

26. You misquoted.
The actual quote uses "taste", not "stupidity" and "underestimating". Big difference.

"Nobody ever went broke underestimating the taste of the American public." H. L. Mencken

Edited on Wed Oct-05-05 04:55 PM by Marr
The idiot, disconnected puppet. He even had the same puppeteers.

What was it I heard the other day...? Oh yes- "blaming Bush for this situation is like blaming Ronald McDonald for hamburgers". He's just a mascot. Same with Reagan.

him up at all? Seems that not mentioning him EVER would be a more fitting tribute to the traitor....Just MHO.
