October 5 - Dine For America
This might be something to consider if you're going out to eat tonight.

http://www.dineforamerica.org/

For instance,
Outback Steakhouse
12130 Dickenson
Houston TX , 77089

100% of profits on 10/5 going to relief effort, 25% of that to Dine for America

4. Lots of restaurants involved besides Outback, and many...
are donating 100% of sales. It's a good effort for Katrina victims.

6. We went to Friendly's for my son's birthday lunch today.
It is my son's 3rd birthday and the local Friendly's was participating. I also have 16 month old twins. Not many places I can take my crew out to eat at their ages! Especially when my husband is at work and I'm on my own.
They hooked him up with a great birthday ice cream sundae with a ton of sprinkles and cherries. He was very, very happy.
