CIA not to pursue 9/11 disciplinary action
http://www.stuff.co.nz/stuff/0,2106,3434945a12aT,00.html

Washington: CIA Director Porter Goss said yesterday that he would not pursue disciplinary action against spy agency officials over intelligence lapses involving the September 11, 2001, attacks.

"I will not convene an accountability board to judge the performances of any individual CIA officers," Goss said in a statement.

His remarks were in response to a CIA inspector general report that recommended an accountability board to examine the performance of some CIA officers assigned to combat Osama bin Laden's al Qaeda network before the 2001 attacks on the United States.

3. Then it's another Grand Jury.
George Tenet and Cofer Black should be demanding a teethless adminsitrative censure. Since they have both already resigned, they can't even be fired by the Agency.

The pair will wish they had taken Door Number One when it was available to them. Instead, they're going to jail.
