What are the chances that someone could make the case that a dangerously corrupt administration's appointments can be dismissed from their position due to the fact that corruption begets corruption?
Assuming that this whole lot CAN be indicted, charged, and convicted of crimes against the nation--and humanity itself--how can any of their picks be left in place with the populace being aware that the appointments are a symptom of that corruption?
Just curious...

1. Well, I would be in favor of declaring the Bush Presidency void. |
|
And therefore all of its acts are void.
This would require a supermajority in the House and Sentate, but if things go as they have we might get that. We begin by impeachment of the whole supreme court, and then all officials who can be impeached. We then install a picked court and officials. All this can be accomplished in one day in joint session. The need to take testimony in impeachment is just a courtesy, and one we do not have to extend.
Then we amend the Constitution to rule that the government of the USA from January 20th to the date of the mass impeachment was a government of occupation, and we cancel all of its acts, declare all of its members outlaws, and nationalize all of their asserts and the assets of any company they were executives of.

3. I'm most concerned with eliminating |
|
the fruits of their corruption...the Democrats who've voted for these things are a problem for us to deal with later, but first we need to get rid of the rot at the core. We'll worry about the branches later.
