Dean was discussing the way the White House marginalizes each of their critics, in the context of Plame.

Dean said, "I mean, they did it to me."

Tweety said, "Yeh, but you helped," and, speaking over Dean's objections, he brought up "the scream."

Just sickening, and I've always thought that pointing to "the scream" as Dean's undoing is wildly inaccurate... I'd say finishing third in the Iowa caucuses had a lot more to do with his "undoing" than that over-hyped "scream."
