Fred's wife keeps a very low profile. The usual spokesbigot for the "clan" is Shirley Phelps-Roper who is Fred's daughter (and his presumed heir-apparent to take over the Westboro Baptist Church "empire" when Fred is at long last called home to be bitch-slapped by Jesus for all eternity).
