My most favorite "entertainment" of late....Faux News.
Edited on Thu Oct-06-05 11:55 PM by MazeRat7
So, I generally have to avoid this channel, per my SO, since typically it makes me about a grumpy as George Carlin after talking with a corporate lackey manager.

HOWEVER... the past several days Faux has been some of the best tv on tv.

Watching the "all non-stars" and others try, with such desperation, to spin recent events... well its just comical. I swear, TDS could not do a better parody.

I have seen a couple of shows with Hume literally trying to "put lipstick on a pig". If this keeps up they are going to have to change their tag line to include something about "hand ringing and gnashing of teeth"

I could go on and on.. but for all you that have avoided Faux due to their blatant "nose up chimpys ass"... the last few days have been most entertaining. *tee hee.

ps... bring popcorn.

But Crooks and Liars and Media Matters usually give me enough.

4. Brit Hume is no longer considered a journalist
He's a paid broadcaster of Faux/Bushco. Kind of sad, because until he prostituted himself to the GOP, he had some talent. So many of the conservatives have done that. It must have "felt good" for them but it lost them any serious credentials as journalists. That was their choice.
