SADDAM GUILTY?? YES, but under what jurisdiction?
I know that Saddam is less than a human for the things he put lots of his people through but how can we just bust into Iraq and arrest him like we own the world? Just shows you how arragant that damn Bush is. If anything we should have just assasinated his punk ace and left it alone. How can one country arrest a leader of another country and hold him hostage? Under what jurisdiction? Keep in mind I hate the bastardo, but really folks I don't want America to be Imperialistic and BUsh and his plan to fight against the mid east is not good for this country because it makes the rest of the World think we are a bunch of dictators trying to take over the world. Just a recent thought to pass my mind!

3. He should be at the Hague getting his trail before the World Court.
That is the only legitimate body who can hear the case. Hussein was not overthrown by the people of Iraq. I know he was a thug and did his own crude Republican-style election fraud, but neither the US nor the puppets we installed can guarantee Hussein his day in ciourt to face his accusers and tell his side of the story...a story which will surprise a lot of Bushbiots here.

4. I don't care what story the murderer tells, but I agree...
he should go to the Hague. He should get a fair trial before he's locked up for the rest of his days.
