David Frost joins al-Jazeera TV
Veteran UK broadcaster Sir David Frost is to join Arab-language TV station al-Jazeera, the network has confirmed.

Sir David is to appear on al-Jazeera International, the pan-Arab news network's new English-language channel, due to be launched next spring.

1. David Frost? I don't know what to think about this. He's gonna take a lot
of heat for this decision. Hope they're paying him well.

I personally think that al-Jazeera is a credible source for news and a pretty good litmus test for the way the people in the middle east feel about issues, their anger, etc.

3. This is quite a surprising move.
He's extremely highly respected over here across the political spectrum - I wonder what the newspapers here that call A-J "Bin Laden's broadcaster" will make of this.
