I mean, on the one hand, the IAEA has done some great work.
On the other hand, Are there more deserving potential recipients? Probably so.
:shrug:
On edit: I voted yes, just pointing out that I can see how some of us could wind up voting no.

Anyone who survives a well orchestrated Neo-Con plot to take his position away from him, WELL he's one of "the best" in my book. The negotiations are excellent for our world communities survival also.
