Miers' Blog...Looks like the ramblings of a twelve year old...
No offense meant for twelve year olds, but this is absolutely frightening when you realize it is the blog of someone nominated for the Supreme Court. The part that got me the most is one post where she makes the following statement:

"Alot of people didn't trust Bush about Iraq they were WRONG.
Alot of people didn't trust Bush about Faith-Based and they were WRONG.
Alot of people didn't trust Bush about Budget Cuts and they were WRONG."

And at the end of the post she actually has the audacity to include the chorus from "Imagine" by John Lennon...mindboggling to say the least.

Seriously, everyone has to see this blog to at least catch a glimpse into the mind of this women...freaking scary to think that someone like this could be deciding the direction of this country in the near future.

As far as I know the blog is legit, but it makes you wonder when it has this under the blog title

"The blog of the #1 smartest President ever's #1 pick to be the next Associate Justice of the Supreme Court!"

Anyways, Here's the link if you already haven't checked it out:

Be careful, she reallllllly likes exclamation points!!!

2. "Imagine there's no Heaven, it's easy if you try."
"No Hell below us, above us only sky."

It smacks of Reagan using "Born in the USA" as a theme when the lyrics are the direct opposite of his message.

3. Alot?
And these sentences were crafted by an adult? How would the other Justices be able to keep a straight face when they read her opinions if this is an example of her writing?

look at the replies to her posts,: Alot of people didn't trust Bush about Iraq they were WRONG.
Alot of people didn't trust Bush about Faith-Based and they were WRONG.
Alot of people didn't trust Bush about Budget Cuts and they were WRONG. 1. You offered no evidence of why we should trust bush, or why we should think you are a qualified candidate to sit on the Supreme Court (as you called the group "Supremes"). Come on now woman, stand up for yourself!!

2. Ms. Harriet Miers, with all due respect, your loyalty to President Bush frightens me. How can the American people expect you to be a fair justice if you obviously promote right-wing talking points and agenda? How do we know you won't be making decisions based on partisanship or ideology rather than the Constitution? Please keep our courts balanced. I'll beg if I have to.

I can't stop laughing

they are taking this serious, trying to start a debate:rofl:
