Pat Tillman, American Hero - New Article!
Sorry if this has been posted, but I never knew that Tillman was not a fan of Bush at all, and was against the Iraq War.

I love the first sentence, "I don't believe it," seethed Ann Coulter...

1. More, from Hannity and Colmes:
From the September 27 edition of Fox News' Hannity & Colmes:

COLMES: Now you say, for example, in "Rules to Talk to a Liberal" --

COULTER: Yes. Do you have -- is this from the new paperback ?

COLMES: Yes. "Never compliment a Democrat."

COULTER: Yes. That's an important one.

COLMES: "Never show graciousness toward a Democrat."

COULTER: Yes.

COLMES: "Never flatter a Democrat."

COULTER: Yes. I know they sound similar, but they're actually -- there are distinctions.

COLMES: Now you're also quoted in the San Francisco Chronicle yesterday --

COULTER: Excellent.

COLMES: -- in an article about Pat Tillman, who it is now said it was a Noam Chomsky fan, was going to vote for John Kerry, was against the war in Iraq. And you referred to him as "virtuous, pure, masculine like only an American male can be." I wonder if you still would say those things, knowing now what we have learned about Pat Tillman. He was a John Kerry supporter.

COULTER: Did you get that from a document from CBS News?

COLMES: No, but that's what you said, so I wondered if you would retract that, given what you say about liberals and Democrats.

COULTER: No. But I don't believe it.

HANNITY: I don't believe it either.

COLMES: He was going to meet Noam Chomsky when he -- had he come back.

HANNITY: He signed up because of a desire to fight.

COLMES: Against Afghanistan, not Iraq. He was against Iraq.

COULTER: I really don't believe that, and I think you got it from one of those documents Mary Mapes handed to Dan Rather.

COLMES: No, that's not true.

4. these fuckers practice a vicious kind of logic...
...everything that doesn't fit their world view is either explained away (in no matter how convoluted a fashion), denied or ignored.

"I don't believe it."

Get a clue, you whore, the facts are in front of your haggard face.

5. I'd also like to hear...
from those here who trashed Pat Tillman before.

If conservatives can't admit wrongdoing or mistakes, can we?

9. Pat Tillman was always a hero
Even before this revelation. His family has been critical of Bush. I have heard interviews with him and he seemed to be an articulate man.

He has always been a hero to me. He still is, more than ever.

7. i'm sorry about that
heck, i believed the pigmedia. is there anything wrong with that? they, the pigmedia, said nfl'er pat tilman went to war to fight for bush, his ma, his pa, his dinner and his lunch, and to kill peasants for jesus h......i believed it, THEY INSISTED IT WAS TRUE! and therefore i criticised pat, saying he wasn't that brave, taking into account the usa military budget (1/2 the world's total) and overwhelming superiority in all sorts of things.
>The joke that the usa has been conquered is starting to lose its laughable quality...the tilman story says that, indeed, the usa is under someones' control, and that someone isn't interested in its well being....that says the american people have been defeated
