"Osama Bin Laden Would Vote For Kerry"
Edited on Fri Oct-07-05 06:28 PM by ZombyWoof
Dumbest. Bumpersticker. Ever.

I almost waited for the dumb fucker sporting that sticker to come out of the store so I could mock his sorry ass. But my time is too valuable to waste berating a sick and weak mind.

4 years and counting, and Bush isn't even CLOSE to finding Osama, you dumb piece of shit. The best part of you ran down your Daddy's pasty leg.

I really need to print out some recruitment forms, because I just KNOW this was the swaggering ignorant shithole display of a young repuke fuckwit.

And I doubt if a little coward would get violent with me. I am Walter Sobchak's bastard brother. ;-)

But no, as tempting as it sounded, reason prevailed in less than 2 seconds.

11. Osama does not care, he wins either way.
Osama gets what he wants either way. Kerry and Bush support policies that are destroying our country. Both of them helped engineer a war based on lies.

20. More accurately...
Wolfowitz and Rumsfeld engineered it.

Bush is just a puppet.

And as for the tired chestnut about Kerry and the vote for IWR... :bored:

I would say Kerry was naive to think Rummy & Friends would exercise their power judiciously, but claiming he "engineered" the war is playing as fast and loose with the facts as the person sporting the bumper sticker.

As a rule, I don't argue with reactionary platitudes - right or left.

24. It IS true
All I did was see it in the Albertson's parking lot here where I live. I did not interact with the person. They were not in their truck.

And if you are familiar with the freeper mindset, a dated bumpersticker never stopped them from displaying it.

I do NOT appreciate my veracity being questioned. I do NOT make up shit for fun on DU or anywhere.

I don't think people like him worry about who is going to get elected. His whole life is wrapped up in being a fanatical terrorist. I doubt he was sitting around saying "I hope Kerry wins".

51. yeah there really is no big difference between Bush and Kerry.
Clinton and Bush, either, no really big substantial difference - both tools of the wealthy elites. . . pretty much the same guy, right?

Please pour down your wisdom like sweet mana from the omniscient so that us kool-aid drinkers may understand.

29. The OBL tape was a 'Little Big Man' moment and freepers never got it...
Unaccountably, Custer hires the muleskinner as a scout -- a "perfect reverse barometer," he tells his sergeant. When deciding whether or not to attack an Indian encampment at Little Big Horn, Custer asks,

Gen. Custer: What do you think I should do, Muleskinner? Should I go down there or withdraw?

Jack Crabb: General, you go down there... There are thousands of Indians down there, and when they get done with you, there won't be nothin' left but a greasy spot. You go down there if you got the nerve.

Gen. Custer: Still trying to outsmart me, aren't you, Muleskinner? You want me to think that you don't want me to go down there, but the subtle truth is, you really don't want me to go down there!

••••••

And so he does.
And as they say, the rest is history...

Bush insists on playing a lousy game of checkers and his fans swoon, while OBL et al are playing the masterful game of chess.

Next time, tell that idiot he was played...

40. AP, Oct. 29, 2004
Bin Laden suggested Bush was slow to react to the Sept. 11 attacks, giving the hijackers more time than they expected. At the time of the at-tacks, the president was listening to schoolchil-dren in Florida reading a book.
"It never occurred to us that the commander-in-chief of the American armed forces would leave 50,000 of his citizens in the two towers to face these horrors alone," he said, referring to the number of people who worked at the World Trade Center.
"It appeared to him (Bush) that a little girl's talk about her goat and its butting was more impor-tant than the planes and their butting of the sky-scrapers. That gave us three times the required time to carry out the operations, thank God," he said.

42. Osama and Bush need each other for their respective agendas.
Where would Osama and his followers be without an American administration that exemplifies the militant Islamists' stereotype of "evil Western influence". Osama and company want the "clash of civilizations" as much as the Neocons and their faithful followers do.
I certainly don't need to explain the other side of the coin to DUers. They're like two parasites feeding off of each other.

48. Good analysis
That is what pissed me off about this sticker. It seems that the freeps buy too easily into the simplistic "Democrats are soft on terror/Republicans kick their ass" dichotomy. I had a co-worker like that, and there was no reasoning with him. You could cite the facts about the REAL "war on terror" and its machinations until blue in the face, and he would just sit there with that smug smirk on his freeper face, saying "But how many terrorist attacks have we had since 9/11?"
