Has any american ever been charged with war crimes? |
|
Who could be charged with war crimes for Iraq?
Rumsfeld? Bremmer? Wolfowitz? Cheney? Bush?
I know this is a real longshot. Is there a statute of limitations? could they be put in jail 10-20 years from now?

7. Desertions isn't technically a war crime |
|
