The Bush Doctrine Debunked
Edited on Sun Oct-09-05 11:23 AM by ck4829
The 'liberal' Media reported that Bush's Legacy was to spread Freedom and Democracy.

Seriously, who falls for that?

Bush's Party, the Party that supposedly wants to spread Freedom, is the same Party that brought you Augusto Pinochet, the Contras, and let's not forget that Saddam Hussein was himself was a friend of the RW'ers at one point.

There's a Revolution going on in Bolivia - How come we don't hear about that? How come Bush isn't praising those brave people in that country who are fighting for tooth and nail for freedom?

Peasant Farmers fought the Chinese Army recently... AND WON! Where is Bush's Praise and Support for them?

If the Bush Doctrine is about spreading freedom, then why isn't the Bush Administration being very tough on Saudi Arabia? They are very, very oppressive.

And just how sovereign is Iraq? That incident where those 2 British Soldiers who were dressed up as Arabs killing Iraqi Cops tells us something about the situation in Iraq. I see very little freedom over there.

What about Ukraine? That guy who was poisoned that the Bush supported so much, yeah, he sacked the entire government. How's that for freedom?

Bush's Allies. What about them?

Putin is consolidating power all to himself. That's Freedom right? He's going to the point of controlling the media. But, it's still Freedom, right?

Blair is planning on exercising very strange rules regarding Mental Health. For example, a woman tries to jump off a bridge, and instead of getting her mental help, the plan will put her in prison instead.

And what about here? How Free is America? James Dobson said he was privy to information about Miers that the rest of the world could not access. How's that for Freedom?

There is definitely a Bush Doctrine. There is also the cold reality that this Doctrine has nothing at all to do with Freedom for the common people. It only provides Freedom for the Far Right and the Elites in this world.

1. No, no, no..
you missed it all. When you say "Freedom" you have to smile just right, and look into the cameras and lean on the podium.

Didn't you get the memo?
