c-span's 25 hr. call in was super

yesterday I tuned in at 7 a.m. and was bored for 1 1/2 hrs. of constitutional talk. next was talk on Clinton's impeachment so tuned out, not wanting to listen to a bunch of cranks dissing him.

later here at DU you all were talking about Rhoads being on opposite Parshall. so never having seen or heard Rhoads (except via DU talk) I tuned in and WOW! I was laughing out loud when Parshall was left sputtering with nothing truthful to say.

the rest of the 25 hrs. was most interesting.

the girl that won the contest seemed unreal. she certainly was prepared by someone.

clue what the DSM was. She seemed very on top of many things but that was a huge gap in her knowledge. I loved the 25 year C-SPAN show.:applause:

7. They went for the fact that she was so naively young, high energy

and a caller who jumped all over a Stanford Professor because he said students needed to pick up a history book. She was inspired when she met :puke: * in 2002. They said she was a clear winner.

The best hour though was Randi just making the fundie church lady break the commandment about lying and false witnesses in front of everyone, then the church lady even does a lalalalala, I can't hear you with her fingers. Loved it! Randi was Jane Friday - just bringin' the FACTS laced with only TRUTH. :rofl:
