Help millions of people hear Air America
DIRECTV reached an agreement with XM Satellite Radio!!!

Starting on November 15, 2005 DIRECTV TV will broadcast to their customers up to 72 channels of XM's music, children’s and talk programming.

Full details of the XM channel lineup are still being determined, so please stay tuned to DIRECTV.com for the latest information about this exciting new programming.

Maybe..... if DIRECTV hears that you would like Air America XM channel 167 be included in their channel line up, it might help them determine what to air and what not to air.. Regardless if you are a DIRECTV customer or not, please send them an e-mail requesting Air America. It is an opportunity for Air America to be heard by millions of people who have never heard Left Wing Talk Radio.

E-Mail address: directvcustomercare@directv.com

Dear Mr. ****,

Thanks for your interest in DIRECTV. I'm excited to hear that you're considering joining the DIRECTV family.

I'm sorry, but we don't carry Air America Radio right now. However, we often add programming based on customer requests, and I have forwarded your request to DIRECTV management.

I realize that you may have some other questions, so we have set up two ways for you to get fast answers to all of your questions and begin enjoying DIRECTV:

-You'll find great new customer offers and everything you'll need to get started at our web site, just go to http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/get_directv/Landing.dsp. In minutes your order can be placed online. You can even have one of our specialists call you to discuss DIRECTV before you buy by filling in your name and phone number on the web form at http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/get_directv/LeadGeneration_Customer.jsp But don't forget to select the box saying that you'd like to receive information by phone.

- If you'd rather order your system by phone, or have questions that couldn't be answered on our web site, you can call us at 888-777-2454 from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Our call center is staffed with knowledgeable Sales Agents who are ready to help.

We look forward to serving you as a customer and showing you why DIRECTV is the best entertainment value available.

Sincerely,

6. Rupert Murdoch and FOX own DirecTV.
No way they're going to put AAR on their audio. One more reason I'm planning to get rid of them when there's finally a CableCard TiVo.

7. Oh, I don't know. They'll just add talk right radio, too.
Rupert is a businessman, first, a right wingnut, second.
